An international group, our client is specialized in aeronautical equipment and systems.

The recently restructured Procurement function of the Group wishes to be accompanied in the construction and deployment of purchasing strategies in high-stakes segments (Precise mechanics, forging and foundry, plastics, telecommunication equipment, etc.). Therefore CKS  helped thanks coaching sessions, the ten buyers in charge of these strategies.
