The client is an international industrial Group and the global leader in its sector. The client wants to elaborate a purchasing strategy of data treatment and data acquisition by civil drones.

Context

The Group has mobilized significant human and financial means to monitor its industrial infrastructures (visual inspection campaign, often thanks to helicopters) and to treat the collected data.

Objectives

The purchasing strategy should allow the enterprise to move progressively to a « drone » modality, with more than 50% of operations conducted by civil drones, from the data acquisition to the end of infrastructure maintenance and the risk prevention.
