Position: Senior Consultant in Management

Mission:

Carry out Purchasing missions and accompany the change

  • Audit, determine directions for improvement and strategic plans
  • Lead cost reduction schemes
  • Design and roll out Information
  • Systems for the various departments
  • Define and implement plans to accompany the change
  • Design and roll out training programs for managers

Lead and coordinate among the project teams

  • Define the workload of each team and supervise the schedules
  • Lead and motivate the client's teams
  • Supervise all the projects and take responsibility for the quality of all deliverables in agreement with the initial specifications

Manage relations with the client

  • Ensure excellent relations with the clients
  • Determine who the decision makers are and assist the account manager in forging “sponsors”
  • Discover links among the different parts of the project and discuss them with those that are associated with the project.

Assist associates in implementing the organisation's development strategy

  • Assist in writing up business proposals
  • Participate in various phases of the pre-sales support.
